Atheist Dave Silverman is twisting the Constitution and attacking your rights

When I went to visit the site of the World Trade Center after 9/11 I experienced moments that are hard to put into words. It was powerful. It was sad. It was moving in a way I can never really explain. It was also inspirational.

Standing with my face pinned to the chain link fence that surrounded the site, my heart beat with such verocity I felt as though it might explode. My eyes fixed on one object in the midst of twisted steel, dirt and massive pieces of broken concrete. I fought back tears. I wanted to climb the fence and make my over to this singular object standing alone in a field of rubble. It amazes me, even today, how impacting the sight of two pieces of steel continues to be.

Now Dave Silverman, head of The American Atheists, wants to take that memory away by filing suit to remove two pieces of steel that he has decided prevents him from expanding his atheist viewpoint.

Aunt Libby on the Wayne, city needs and conflicts of interest in Waynesboro

I was shocked to read the editorial on the opinion page of the Staunton Paper titled “A theater is not a priority”. Gosh, even they understand the need for improving the real problems with Waynesboro issues prior to a Wayne Theatre.
